Girl Chasing Her Future
This is Tateeva Langston who is 22 years old from Goldsboro, North Carolina. She is a senior here at East Carolina University majoring in Communication Broadcast and journalism. She graduated from Goldsboro high school in 2004 and when she could in roll into East Carolina University for her classes she did right after high school. She is a hard working woman who is taking communication 2320; communication 2260 which is a Black Literature class and media ethics this semester and only needs 17 hours to graduate this year in May or December. Once all of her hours are done after graduating she wants to attend graduate school here at East Carolina University. Once graduate school is done she would like to start a new life working in the south in Atlanta, Georgia to work in a TV station as a weather girl bring the weather to people every week and weekend.
This is a person who is motivated to accomplish things she wants in life somebody who wants to be successful in any way she can. She works at Rite-Aid part time so that she can pay rent for her apartment off campus in Eastbrook. She is determined to buy her a new car before she finishes graduate school. She is a dependable person who doesn’t lie to her friends and always say what she feels. She is a very independent woman who only dates and goes out with nice guys who act like grown men. She is a very sensitive and caring person would do anything for her friends except for something illegal. She is a very calm person who doesn’t like to argue, she just likes to state her point so that you can see her side of view.
She is not really a sports fan, which may or may not be interesting you decide, she likes to talk that’s why she wants to be in broadcasting as a weather girl. She doesn’t mind working as a journalist at a big time company if broadcasting as a weather girl doesn’t work as planned. Her future goals are simple and don’t consist of much.
She isn’t a party animal even though she is about to graduate in some months she getting ready for the real world. She likes to chill at home with her friends if they are around and not doing anything. She is a laid back, easy going, doesn’t like to get loud kind of person but when it comes down to work she is the type of person who will get it done. She doesn’t like people who aren’t down to earth when it comes to hanging out with people who are not her roommate or friends.
One thing about her is she likes to sleep that’s one of her biggest thing she loves to do when she has some free time outside of school and work. She likes to party but only with if her friends and likes to have a few drinks then they encourage her to go out with them. She loves to listen to music only if it sounds good but if she was to choose it would be her favorite singer Mary J. Blidge or her favorite rap artists from Florida Plies or Young Buck from Tennessee. She also enjoys eating out at Chili’s getting some baby back ribs or heading down Greenville Blvd to Tripp’s or you could see her eating at Mi Cabanas. When she isn’t spending money eating out she at home fixing some of her favorite home cooked meals chicken and lasagna. She loves to do what every girl loves to do and that’s shop for nice things, that’s something she like to do with her friends so that they can help her pick and choose clothes. When she is at home with nothing to do she relaxes by turn on her TV and watches some of her favorite shows which are mostly reality shows. Her favorites are Americas Next Top Model, and then there I Love New York, Flavor of Love, and the Real World. She is a very big fan of books some of the books she likes to read are books by Eric Dickey. She loves his books because he is one of the bestselling authors and he wrote the book cheaters.
